courtesy of Per - cloudy dark orange colour under a solid creamy pale beige foam; nice lace; a fair flowery hoppiness with notes of apricots below; a good malt backbone and a velvety palate, moderate carbonation; solidly bitter and quite dry; long lasting bitterness in a very aromatic hoppy flowery finish

Bottle 330ml. A clear amber colour with a small, off-white head. An aroma of malt, caramel and greapefruit. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. A medium body, oily texture, average carbonation and a long, fruity duration. A well balanced and smooth IPA.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Toffee, peach, biscuity malt, pine and grapefruit feature in the enticing aroma. Hoppy, refreshing and bitter taste with sticky toffee pudding, grapefruit, peach and a solid malt foundation. Really tasty and enjoyable. Doesn’t taste like it’s 7% as it slips down so easily.

Bottle at Ryds Herrgård. Clear, amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit, citrus, pine, herbal hops and caramel malt. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter and hoppy. Medium bodied with nice carbonation. Better than the old IPA. Chinook is a nice addition. Would’ve liked even more hops both for bittering and aroma.

olsvammel (7723) - Örebro, SWEDEN - OCT 25, 2011
