StuffWine (385) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - AUG 6, 2022
UPDATED: AUG 12, 2022 Poured a clear straw amber with a big luxuriously dense white head that lasted very well. Aroma bitter biscuity hops with pine, touch of citrus and bready yeast. Flavour was a stunning surprise of... sour white wine, tempered with bitter spiced citrus and following balance of rind sweetness. Very unique. Medium body, intense carbonation, long dry finish with astringent but clean mouthfeel. This is special, intense yet delicate.

colui72 (4888) - Sassari, ITALY - DEC 19, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2020 Aroma packed in fruity esters, a touch of citrus and peppery phenols, bready yeasty base. Hazy light golden, with a large fluffy head, white and with great retention and lacing. Tastes tart, peppery, pungent fruitiness, some citrus (lemony notes) and a yeasty base of uncooked bread. Flavours are very delicate and elegant, but they linger on. Dry finish. Crisp light body, high carbonation, very smooth and enjoyable. Top of the La Sirene I've tried (and they were all excellent), an more than excellent drop!

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2020 From tap at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Dry and funky with Saison yeast, peppery spicy notes, bit fruity with citrus, touch of lemon and white wine, grass, lightly pale malt. Medium body. Tart and light bitter, nice dry and funky. Excellent.

Eructoblaster (8411) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 18, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 18, 2020 Bottle - 375ml. Cloudy blond body with a thick, fading, white foamy/bubbly head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal, oaky, white wine, yeasty, and sour fruit hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Its sharp malty/hoppy taste carries coriander, oaky, yeasty, citrusy, and piney notes. Ends with a long, dry bitter/sour finish. Very nice.

Svesse (14157) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 12, 2020
UPDATED: APR 12, 2020 (Draught at Dynamo, Brussels, 19 Oct 2019) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, lemon, grapefruit, coriander and hints of barnyard. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of grapefruit, green grapes, lemon peel, coriander and a dry and slightly yeasty finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. A bit different, but a really tasty and well made saison with some funk going on in the background. Very nice.

Gerbeer (7202) - Nanoose Bay, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2019
UPDATED: JUL 6, 2019 375 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with full head. Aromas of rustic and floral yeast, soft lemons and wheaty malts. Flavors of a Riesling, candied citrus, gooseberries, floral yeast, soft malts and a bit of carroway and cumin. Really elegant. I'll have another...

rchung (46) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 5, 2019
UPDATED: JUL 5, 2019 Abundant head, true to type. Hazy straw color. Dry finish, candied tartness lemony. Can’t taste the Alphington air ;) but I guess it is indeed one the best representations of farmhouse below Equator.
