Bottle. Pours opaque reddish black with no head. Aroma is sweet ripe fruits, apples, old red port wine, dried dark fruits (prunes, figs, dates) and hints of dark chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, light sour and light bitter. Body is light oily with lively carbonation. Finish is long, dry and light bitter with notes of ripe fruit, dried fruit, dark berries, chocolate and wine, but also some earthy notes (wood, leaves and autumn forest floor). Nice beer!

Bottle, bought @ Hos Walter, Ebeltoft. Pours deep chestnut with a small, frothy, kinda fizzy, off-white head. Aroma has lots of caramel, toasted, mild vinious, sweet. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of caramel, quite clean, toasted, mild vinious. A fine Bock.

Bottled. Dark Brown coloured. Small Light Brown head. Aroma of ripe fruits, caramel, Light Spice, some vague roast. Flavour of caramel, Light liqourice, ripe fruits, Spice and some herbs. Medium bodied. Ends on a caramelly and fruity note. Nice.
