Série 7 Sisters La Pléiade. First of a special series, this is another uncommon beer from Hopfenstark. True Belgian esters from Abbey yeast, a lot of malt and body without any alcohol taste and some grape flavor from New World hops.

mcberko (26387) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 4, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 4, 2019 On tap at Station Ho.st, pours a clear pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, bready malt and subdued floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp floral hops, Belgian yeast and some earthy notes. Not the most vibrant or complex beer, but it serves its purpose. Not bad.
