The body is medium/full, the texture is creamy and the carbonation is average. coasternut (528) - VANCOUVER, Washington, USA - MAR 2, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2021 First time trying this beer and OMG is it good. It pours a very dark chocolate brown, almost black. It has dark brown head, about 2 fingers tall with some lacing. It's aroma is dark chocolate, vanilla, almonds/bread and slight coffee. It has a nice sweet taste that is not to heavy and a definite alcohol taste that is not overpowering. It is very delicious and could drink more of this beer. I love Imperials. troopie (4275) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - FEB 26, 2021

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2021 Terrific black pour w/ a beige head & some lacing. The aroma is robust w/ sweetness - vanilla dessert, some booze, & the slightest hint of coffee. The flavor is also quite sweet w/ just enough coffee & booze to balance it out. It’s really nice on the palate & overall is a wonderful brew! olberic (479) - - DEC 10, 2020

Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, toffee, treacle, molasses, toasted almond, nut, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy roasted bitterness. Full bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation. UPDATED: NOV 4, 2020 Aromas of coffee, chocolate, molasses, vanilla and almond; coffee is especially strong with almost a rustic rye-like flavor. Body is medium for an imperial stout. Sweet finish, boozy. Pretty good though base stout a tad thin. wilzwert (961) - Lille, FRANCE - OCT 5, 2020
(M) KevinReddirt (910) - Midland, Texas, USA - SEP 19, 2020
UPDATED: SEP 19, 2020 Not many opportunities this year to pick up new beers. That changed on a low-key visit to Las Vegas a month or so ago. I located a much appreciated pint can of Imperial Biscotti Break at a suburban craft beer store. This night the brew is being poured into my ABGB snifter, I see a dark brown going with amber effects liquid and topped by a vigorously replenished head of fine, sepia bubbles. I pick up the glass for a smell and get caramel, coffee and something nutty. I take a full drink, chocolate, coffee, almonds as advertised, some breadiness and a light sweetness. The sensation is thinner than expected from the high abv. I call it quite good but not great. nathanvc (3472) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 29, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 29, 2020 13 June 2020. At De Kelk, Bruges. Shared with the lovely Anke!
From tap. Hazy black with a slowly diminishing, foamy, beige head. Aroma of chicory, cold coffee, walnut, macadamia, toast, wet tobacco, dark chocolate, biscuit. Taste has sweet chocolate, dates, biscuit & dark toffee, rather bitter coffee & chicory kicking in with 'walnutty' edge, very slightly umami rendered by that earthy note. Dry, toasty, herbal hoppy finish, sweet chocolate & biscuit in balance with bitter coffee roast, warming coffee liqueur alcohol in the throat. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable all the way but I might prefer a (slightly aged) bottle.
