Bottle @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels. Pours light and clear, white foam. Aroma is quite fresh, some bread, something metallic. Also some light fruits and slight sweetness. Taste is also light, refreshing with a bit of hops. Leaves some barley taste lingering at the end. Beer for hot days, very drinkable although not too interesting.

Yellow fruit, Belgian like yeast character, light coloured but not characterless malts, quite dry. Bit metallic unfortunately. I think the hops faded a bit too quickly on this one. Fizzy mouth feel, spritzy even, which isn’t so pleasant. Very dry and metallic aftertaste. Pilsner like... Not convinced; this lots all glory after losing the top edge freshness (even though its not that old). (33cl bottle from Cave a Bulles I belief)

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - cloudy copper-orange beer under a long lasting white foam left; nice lacework; fairly hoppy aroma with notes of flowers and peaches; medium-bodied and pretty creamy palate; a fair yet not aggressive bitterness; long flowery hoppy aftertaste where the fruity tones stay now in the background
