UPDATED: JUL 14, 2021 Bottle sample at a tasting. Hazy copper with white head. The aroma has notes of spices, flowers, yeasts, candy. The flavor is mild sour and mild sweet with notes of Brett, yeasts, flowers, tea, alcohol, lemon. Full-bodied.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 75cl bottle, 8.3% abv. A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour yellow fruits, brett, some wood. Taste of sour pale malt, yellow fruits, yeast, wood.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2020 Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of sour notes with unrefined grainy malt notes is not all that pleasant. Taste is also a weird mix of vinous notes with some sour notes with unrefined grain malt notes also perceptible. Body is average with OK carbonation. Unbalanced sour beer with some off-flavours.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2020 Bottle from St Gambrinus: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is very woody and somewhat fruity. Taste is woody, slightly sour, not very fruity or sweet. Solid.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2019 Bottle, murky orange, bubbly head. Nose funky, vinegar, wine, bret, wood. Taste moderately sour, adds notes of prunes.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2019 Pours orange with no head. Notes of old hops, balsamic, uncharacteristic funk and slight vinous notes. Overall pretty flat and atypical. Not bad though.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2019 Taps barely translucent tangerine with a thin beige head. Aroma offers tart, sour pomme, tropical and citrus plus a bit of raw malt. Flavor delights with sour and tart tropical, pomme, citrus and woody tones on a malty underpinning. Texture yields firm, edgy body and lively fizz. Fruity, lively!
