COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our interpretation of Gose (pronounced “Gose-uh”), a traditional German-style sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Once nearly extinct, this very refreshing style is making a comeback.

colui72 (2890) - Yuen Long, HONG KONG - OCT 28, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2020 Pours hazy pale orange, high level of carbonation, fizzy bubbly head, with not much retention and no lacing. Clear fermentation. Citrusy on the nose, high malt profile with a note of uncooked bread dough, sea breeze and coriander. Tastes quite tart, mild yeasty fruity esters, lime, coriander, sea salt. Well rounded and dry on the finish. Light bodied, crisp, well carbonated. Lingering flavours. A flawless traditional gose without adjuncts, very enjoyable and damn delicious.

Mpuntmuts (669) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 1, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 1, 2020 Hazy orange/yellow pour with hardly any head. Aroma not very appealing at first. Urine. Gradually some fruitiness appears, malts, vinegar, slight funk. Medium sweet and over medium sour. Halfway medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice, after giving it some air and the piss smell leaves the glass. Give it the time.

GarrettB (2320) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 23, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 23, 2020 January 10th, 2016 - This is probably the tastiest canned gose I've ever had, and the descriptors on the can - sour, salty, delicious - are easily verified. A nice, blonder looking ale, this has a nice smell of tangerine, lemon peel, white grape juice, coriander, and white pepper. I mostly appreciate that it doesn't smell candied, which many sour beers do when introducing fruit flavors. On the tongue it has a healthy saltine pucker, and a nice sourness to go alongside it, highlighting the lemon flavor but also something more bitter, like yuzu or grapefruit. And there on the finish is a hit of coriander, wrapping up the gose's characteristics nicely.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2020 (Can) Cloudy dull gold body with a medium, quickly-disappearing, off-white head. Salty and sour aroma; wheat, some lemon, coriander. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Flavor is tart and salty with lemons, coriander, wheat, lactic acid.

biilz (1334) - SPAIN - FEB 28, 2020

PhillyCraft (11642) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 12, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 12, 2019 Bottle, hazy golden with a medium to larger head. Notes are lactic wheat, lemons, cereals, wet dog, citrus, salt, and spices. Lighter to medium bodied which is normal for the style. Refreshing but I really love their gose gone wild.
