COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière originaire du pays de Dinan et de la déesse celte Ana, mère protectrice des vivants, des morts, des lieux humides mais aussi des brasseurs et brasseuses, la nuit Blonde est fraîche, savoureuse et parfumée.

A base de malt d’orge bio, issu d’une filière locale et solidaire bretonne, cette bière soutient activement la culture biologique.

Du sarrasin breton (blé noir) lui donne son corps, la bruyère et le houblon son âme. Son trouble est naturel et son goût en évolution. A déguster fraiche mais non glacée.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, fruity yeast, hay - flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20140208]

330ml bottle from Brasserie Lancelot.Herbal, honey, and some malty aromas. Pours hazy golden with average white head, poor lacing. Ligh body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is citrusy, , so sweet, with some harsh notes due to buckwheat.

Bottle, bought @ La Maison de 100 Biere Bretonnes, Locronan. Pours hazy pale orange with a large, creamy, white head. Aroma has sweet malts, barley, oranges, light citrus. Medium carbonation, light and somewhat grainy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, light sugar, mild fruity and yeasty notes. Soft bitterness.

Pours blond and shiny. Weizenbier aromas. The Brewery says this is a blond Ale but when you look at he commercial presentation it is brewed with black wheat that, according to me, makes this beer a wheat beer. Very refreshing, tasty beer. Enjoy !
