12oz bottle thanks to Eric pours out a dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is nice pine citrus hops heavy roast malts and some chocolate. Taste is more of the nice big but balanced hops to roast malts.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2018 Draft to taster from notes. Pours a clear dark brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have roasted malt, chocolate, earthy bitterness, some resiny hops, a bit thin but overall pretty good.

330 ml bb 07/01/19. Dark chocolate pour with a big spongy foam above. Nose is cocoa, espresso, caramel and citrus. Flavors of molasses, orange zest, cocoa, marshmallow and coffee. White pepper, wood and toffee apple appear in the finish. Near-medium mouthfeel with smooth low-medium fizz and an easy drinking balance.

Black colour with light beige foam. Nice aroma of chocolate and coffee. The taste is quite bitter in the beginning from both coffee and hops but sweet in the end.

33cl bb10/18, Willems&Zo. Mistook & opened this for a stout: it pours a creamy ebony for a BIPA, aqueous for a Mikkeller stout... Aroma of citrus-exotic passion fruit peel, blue grape skin metallics, roasted liquorice going into earthy sesame oil. Earthy liquorice, metallic rain water aspects overtake the fruit in flavour while remaining tightly integrated in the sleek malt profile. As always, very high quality recipe engineering, but not my BIPA: one of those Mikkellers that drinks internationally consentual like New Nordic cuisine and facelessly clean like an anthracite Volvo sedan.

Tap at 12 apoštolov. Deep dark colour with huge long lasting stable head off. Aroma of roasted coffee, pine, citrus fruits. Taste of roasted coffee, nuts, chocolate, tones of citrus fruits. Wow. Moderate bitterness and coffee aftertaste. Great staff
