UPDATED: FEB 11, 2020 On tap at the Delta Sky Club lounge @ SFO on 31-Jan-2020. Reddish brown in colour with a small beige coloured head. Aroma of malt, berries and pine. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of sweet malt, caramel, berries and floral hops. Sweet with bitter notes. A decent red amber ale.

Keg at Bailey’s Taproom, Portland, OR in 2013. Hazy copper with a white head. Aroma of stone fruit, caramel and grapefruit. Malty sweetness up front followed by more bitter resinous hops.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2019 Off white creamy weak head. Copper mahogany colour. Aroma is hoppy with caramel and dried fruit notes, slightly hoppy. Flavor is malty with caramel and fruity (peach and tangerine) tones, ending in a moderately hoppy finish. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2019 Colore ambrato, schiuma media poco persistente, leggera carbonazione. Al naso erba, pino, malto. Al palato note resinose, erba, leggere note di caramello. Il gusto è mediamente dolce ma il finale è secco e amaro. Una birra ben bilanciata con una buona bevuta, l'alcol comunque si sente.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2019 Butelka 355 ml, amber ale. Ciemnorubinowa barwa, ładna spora piana, oblepia szkło. Fajna historyjka - Speakeasy w czasach prohibicji w USA było miejscem, gdzie można było pić alkohol spokojnie, bez obaw obławy. Bardzo wyraźne melanoidy w smaku, ale też i nachmielenie niczego sobie. Ciepkie, wysycenie średnie minus. Poczciwe piwko.
