You have in your hands a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers- especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs- we’ve taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA. You see, we specifically brewed it NOT to last. We’ve not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you’re getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, we made sure that the Enjoy By date isn’t randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the bottle, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and beer fans. Instead, we’ve sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2020 From a bottle to a glass. Pours a clear amber color with a big frothy creamy silky head. Aroma is sweet bready malts and earthy spice hops and a touch of tobacco. Taste follows the aroma with a medium mouthfeel. Not as good as it used to be and was fairly over prices at $16 for a six pack otd! I'm over Enjoy By series!

Pours a gold color pillowy tight white head with great lacing on the glass. Aroma massive citrucy hops piney floral grapefruit and some slight caramel notes. Taste is massive hops with a slight barnyard hops funk to it. Slight caramel malt that balances the hops well enough to handle the dank hop character of this beer. Medium mouth feel that leaves a danky hop resin on your palate. This is in my top 5 favorites.

I Love IIPA's and this is a good one. Found a 22oz bottle at Costco and had it last night, I know it says 10-31-18 to enjoy by, but double IPA's age well. Nice malt flavor and wonderful hop taste, not to strong, but lingers a little. Does not taste like 9.4 ABV beer, maybe more like a 7 ABV.

benpickens (645) - Madison, Alabama, USA - OCT 16, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 16, 2020 Pours golden bronze with frothy white head that doesn't hold well but leaves ample lacing; big juicy citrus on the nose; bitter, oily palate with a prolonged bitter finish.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2020 Old review, the Stone Berlin version. Nice IPA as on expects from these guys, rich bitterness, fresh fruity hops, dry finish.

rjwieczorek (44) - USA - JUN 27, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 27, 2020 Enjoy by 07.04.20 can to glass. Pours a nice light amber color with a thin white head. Very light for a 9% beer. Taste has hints of biscuit with a an ever so slightly grassy taste. I like it! Unfiltered but still pretty clear, thought there would be a little more of a haze. Glad I picked up a sixer of this one!

tnkw01 (2837) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 24, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 24, 2020 Can. Use by 4.20 version. Gold in color with a two finger head. Aroma and taste is extremely hoppy, almost too much.

ngutierrez (8) - - APR 26, 2020 does not count
UPDATED: APR 26, 2020 Enjoy By 04.30.20, Strong on the hops. Too bitter for my taste, but not a particularly terrible beer. Can only enjoy 1 or 2 at a time. Very heavy, which is to be expected from a Stone Brewing beer.

Jow (5808) - The Hop, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 31, 2019
UPDATED: JUL 31, 2019 Six pack at home. Orange pour large frothy head. Nose is rich tropical fruit. Tastes of guava, floral, nectar, honeydew, some pine. Medium bitterness and body.
