UPDATED: DEC 29, 2019 Bottle shared at Prodigal Son Tokyo share. Thanks Jon! Pours a clearish gold with a full finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely apricot fruit and skin aromas on the nose with yeast, mineral and oak notes. Crisp and clean on the palate...easy drinking. Loads of apricot fruit, skin and stone on the palate. Refreshingly dry finish with more fruit and light mineral notes that linger. Elegant beer. Oakes (24980) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 27, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 27, 2019 Has a somewhat dullish colour, and a bit of haze, just a thin head. On the nose, lots of brett, big apricot, and the pinot shows through. Big apricots, moderate tartness, and a touch of malt, and a fair bit of barrel. Big, bold and delicious. Viper666.Qc (10000) - Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2019

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2019 750ml bottle shared with Guillaume, Eric and PA @Quartier Général for our epic tasting. Thanks for the share Guillaume. Aroma: so much apricot, other stone fruits, oaky, hay, funky, red wine maybe? App: cloudy hazy, minimal white head, good lacing. Taste and palate: light body, juicy and vinous, moderate acidity finish. Overall: wow so good! So tasty and fruity. So refine. Love it! My kind of beer. I'm a huge fan of Apricot in sour beers so I got my fix here. Need more. Excellent. KyotoLefty (13775) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 1, 2019
UPDATED: MAY 1, 2019 Bottle at the Santa Cruz Taproom. The new release. Lovely orange, very cloudy. Nose is wonderful apricots and some citrus fruit. flavor is simply lovely apricots as well, you can taste the fuzz and the stone too. Really unbelievable fruit flavor going on here. Citrusy, tart, but not full-on sour. Light bretty notes in the background. Simply lovely stuff. Reminded me of the unfiltered cask version of Fou'foune.
