With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona (Catalunya) to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.

Thank you! 330 ml. bottle -> tasting glass. Nose date but probably 3 years old. Dark red amber, little tanned head. Nose has some oxidation with cough syrup, herbal, leaves. Taste luckily has no oxidation, herbal cough syrup, thick dark bread pleasant, low iron, metallic, herbal syrup finish,... Soft carbonation, herbal malty syrup. Has held up schokingly well, quite nice actually despite expectations.

Bottle. Hazy dark red brown pour with a big beige head. Citrus, dark fruits, caramel, floral, bread, spice. Medium body with watery and sweet finish.

My bottle is a little bit old - another clearance shelf special. Huge dark beige head. Taste is roasted, sweet malt, citrus rind hops some dark dried fruit and some sweetness. Decent stuff, but not spectacular.

Bottle that poured a cloudy red amber with a tall frothy tan head that had lace clinging to the glass. A spicy malt aroma with a sweet flavor of fruit, toffee, caramel and molasses.

Bottle at James’ house for the End of History tasting. Pours a clear browned amber with a thin white head. Spicy malt, plum and raisin. Medium bodied, big carbonation, spicy malt, warming alcohol. Hints of chocolate, cocoa, warm malt and alcohol. Not that tasty.

Bottle shared at the End of History tasting. Aroma is dinner rolls and red apple stem. Pours amber/red with an uneven filmy head. Taste is stale bread, red apple peel, and bitter grass. Slightly oily mouthfeel with a lingering bitterness. Overall, pretty underwhelming.

Bona cervesa, bastant equilibrada i gustosa. Buena cerveza, bastante equilibrada y sabrosa.
