digby (100) - NEW ZEALAND - APR 14, 2019UPDATED: APR 14, 2019 Half a finger white head with good carbonation. The hop aroma is apparent the instant the cap comes off the bottle. Slighly hazy. You can taste the hops before you drink the bier. This bier is a quantum leap, a hop explosion, the nuclear weapon of biers. I still love 1812, but this bier is for special occasions. It makes someone, a bier lover happy to be alive. It is simply my favourite bier at least next to my other total favourites. I simply love this bier.
