UPDATED: NOV 13, 2022 Copenhagen 13/11 2022. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Red label with a dark red Christmas bow. Pours unclear amber with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a light scent of stone fruit mingling with a citric and dry odor. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon. Grapefruit. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry. Fine dry and bitter Indian Pale Ale. No Christmas paraphernalia detected.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2018 Flaske. Flot klar rød brun, let hvid skum som langsomt svinder. Aroma er fin humle et hint af appelsin. Smagen er skarp bitter, kraftig humle, men meget endimensionel, virker lidt tynd, smagløs i fylden, eller humlen overdøvet alt andet, grape bitter eftersmag. Meget lidt julet og der fås bedre IPA’er.

Særdeles god og velsmagende juleøl. Masser af humle og bitterhed. Fin aroma og god fylde.

Cloudy orange with a small beige head. Aroma is citrus, pine, peaches and orange. Taste is hoppy bitter with a medium sweet finish.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2018 Bottle 33 cl. Amber, hazy with a medium off white head. Aroma of hops, citrus and some tropical sense. Light bitter with fresh fruit and tropical end, I like. Bb 10.2018.

Vierte ámbar oscuro con media corona de espuma de buena retención, aromas a caramelo, hoja de pino, cítricos, limón y naranja, grano y floral; en boca entrada media con moderado amargor, cuerpo y carbónico medios, notas a miel y cereal, largo retrogusto, ligeramente maltoso, amargo y seco; correcta cerveza , fácil de beber y correcta en estilo.

On tap at Oliver Twist. Hazy light amber with a firm white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some pine and light orange. The same in the taste, also some malt and hints of caramel. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
