Turboninja (1220) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 11, 2018
[email protected], Tampere, Finland. Medium, quite soft nuances of sweetish, grainy malts and some overaged hops. Somewhat lactic feeling. Unbalanced. Medium taste spectrum and medium/short aftertaste with grains and hint of fruits. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, nice schoobook like Märzen though bit messy/lo-fi. 4 3 7 4 15

(Keg at Captain Corvus, 20181103) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, caramel and lightly molasses. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were grass, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, dry and bitter. Promising aroma, too fizzy palate and surprisingly dry finish.

On tap @ Henrik. A near-clear deep golden one with a impressive looking big dense off-white head. The nose is not extreme, but I get a fruity sweetness, some biscuits, flowers and.. Well, not anything else really. Soft small prickling carbonation level and a mild oily mouthfeel. Light sweet flavors, more malty biscuits, some floral touches. Really lightdrinkable, but not to exciting really. A bit to for out on the sweet side perhaps? 27.04.2013
