Black hue under a thin sticky light beige head. Nice roasty nose with a faint earthy cherry nuance. Bright delightful flavor that's dark and roasty with faint cocoa, with a nice slightly salty with a nice gentle sour cherry finish. Tap at BXL festival. Very dark brown with beige head. Roasted notes, cherry, roasted almonds, burnt marzipan, light sour berries, roasted coconut. cherry, saltiness, meaty, soysauce, very strange combination. thin texture with medium body and soft carbonisation.
i think this could kind of work, but its just not very balanced and kind of irritating with all the umami, and meaty flavours...
