colui72 (2388) - HONG KONG - MAY 16, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 16, 2020 as CHIPOTLE PORTER Pours black, superthick brown head, lasting for ages with one of the best lacings I remember. Aroma of powerful roasted malts, dark chocolate, chipotle, smoke. Tastes roasty-bitter and spicy. Very spicy for the average human. Flavours of chipotle, vegetable, dark chocolate, toasted bread, smoke, oak. Verty thick bodied for a porter, but also smooth and damn tasty! Excellent yeah... one of the beers that are responsible for my love to dark brews!

Svesse (11347) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JAN 17, 2019
UPDATED: JAN 17, 2019 (Bottle) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nosewith dark chocolate, strong sweet black coffee, vanilla and a touch of bourbon. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, caramel, bourbon, raisins, oak wood, vanilla and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and solid porter with a balanced whisky and wood character. Very nice.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Fajny charakter beczki, z chili nic nie zostało.

A really nice beer with chocolate and coffee in the taste but the chili is almost gone because of the barrel.

Nice spices porter, barrel aged in a good way. A little thin and not complex enough to get the really high rates. Would like a imperial version of this.
