Ernesto987 (6082) - Arizona, USA - NOV 24, 2013draft at brewery, amazing wheat and hop flavors, so much nuances in a wheat ale. These guys are really top notch.
SrSilliGose (3350) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 24, 2013Tap. Preferred gold claw over this brew. A bit floral. Bitter grapefruit. Twangy pineapple. Dry. Clean. Wheat present. Somewhat doughy biscuit wheat. Preferred hop character of gold claw. Also preferred near nonexistent malt backing of gold claw. This was good though.
tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - OCT 13, 2013Growler: thanks, Jeff! Subdued, murky golden color with a super foamy white head that creams up nice and lasts for quite a while. Aroma is a good harmony of the Amarillo & Simcoe hops; peppery, piney, leafy, with juicy orange fruitiness laid out over a soft wheat background. Taste contains a bit more wheat, which eases drinkability. Light ashy hops, pine, resin, herbal in the late stages with oranges that are gushing & tantalizing that palate with fruitiness. Grapefruit rind finish, but tangerine remains the heaviest fruity component of the Amarillo hops. A hopped up wheat ale on steroids. I was really diggin’ this one.
Reynolds314 (3472) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 17, 2013Really my least favorite of all the beers i tried at the brewery. Im underwhelmed completely for the quality of the brewery but still not a bad beer. grainy pale cracker maltiness dominate with some light citrus.
