UPDATED: APR 17, 2024 Servida en cáliz, color marron oscuro con ciertos destellos magenta, opaca, corona de espuma beige de media-alta retención. Emana aroma con notas de café, pan negro, chocolate, caramelo, canela...En boca es algo densa, sedosa, dulce de entrada, exhibiendo notas de chocolate, café, frutos negros, pan quemado y un toque de regaliz...el final es moderadamente amargo y seco. Una belgian strong muy rica.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2024 330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with full head. Aromas of raisin bread, nutmeg, creamy coffee, a bit of Belgian yeast, and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on bready malts and more, but not distracting Christmas spice. A tasty easy drinking Xmas beer. Very good.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2024 Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2024 Poured dark brown body tan lace. Aroma roasted malts coffee notes. Medium sweet to bitter nutty flavour. Medium bodied grainy texture soft carbonation. Bitter finish . Handles abv well.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2024 33cl Bottle @ Cerveceria Internacional, Seville, Spain. Dark brown colour with a thin tan head. Aroma is toasted malt, dried fruits. Taste is toasted malt, sweet, prunes, slightly spicy. Medium body, average carbonation.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2024 Lovely winter beer by Brassiere Lupulus at 9.5% Lots of malt, cinnamon, caramel and slight sweetness.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2024 Not sure if this is a stout, a porter or a dark IPA. Whatever it is it was a pleasure to drnk. Very black appearance with strong malty flavours present. Some spicy flavours there as well. Ran out of steam nesr te end of drinking but still an excellent example of a difficult-to-describe beer. Just know its not run of the mill.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2023 Scura, persistente, con note di castagna e caffè. Una birra prettamente invernale ottima come dopo pasto, ma anche per accompagnare carne molto corposa.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2023 Une bière de Noël bien caractéristique mais pas trop extravagante dans les épices. Elle se boit plutôt facilement.
