Frothy white head. Golden amber color Beautiful funky, earthy, almost farmhouse like character. hoppy for the style with nice herbal and cracker malt character. Very rustic, super aromatic. Perfectly balanced. amazing depth and complexity for the style with modest bitterness that slowly dries out. Takes the style to a whole new level. Unreal beer

On tap at the brewery. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of bready malt, herbal hops and a very nice, clean yeasty character. Sweetish malty flavour with bread crust, biscuit fresh grain, along with herbal hops and a nice medium bitter.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2019 Bottle from the brewery, 10days after being bottled, many thanks MoritzF! Unclear amber-orange color with white head. Aroma is smoky, juicy pale malts, a touch carrots, hay, gummy bears. Taste is juicy pale malts, ham, buttery, but the best type, rustic and clean at the same time in a very unique way; this is basically a Butterbreze with ham, mineralic finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very, very tasty. I cannot wait to try this fresh - this bottle seems to already be over. 8-5-8-4-17

Tap. Beautiful hazy glowing orange color with white head. Aroma is fruity hops, herbal hops, cereals, juicy malts, a tiny touch smoke. Taste is all the good Landbier flavour, juicy malts, yeast, not too expressive or overdone in any category, but just perfectly balanced. Full-bodied mouthfeel with a soft foam. So good! 8-5-9-5-17

Bottle, danke Max! Amber, golden foam. Smoked Butterbreze, hay. Medium full chewy mellow body. Rural - hay, smoked, chewy grains, caramel, light fruit and gummy bears, earthy smoke retronasal. Remarkable - clean and barn at the same time.

(bottle) opalescent deep amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of raisins and butterscotch, with a light hint of chai spice, some carrots, honey-smoked malts and dandelions. flavour is more smoked ham and minerally malts, with a hint of floral hops, some more carrot juice and a light-bitter herbal-hoppy finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.
