COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Can and Keg Gooseberry Gose Lightly Sour. Fruity & Refreshing Inspired by the traditional German Gose style, and flavoured with gooseberry, sea buckthorn and sea salt. Tart, lightly sour, fruity and refreshing with a defined saltiness an excellent accompaniment to food. Originally brewed as a collaboration with Kissmeyer Beer. UPDATED: OCT 16, 2023 Canned. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is fruits, mild tartness along with some slight spiciness too. Flavour is bready and somewhat crisp malts with some sour wood, berries and mild herbs t i it.

Can. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is quite mild, but has some floral and herbal notes to it. Flavour is berries, some slight sour notes along with salt and some tartness as well.

Fra 0,33 boks på Mi2, Cardinal, aug-16: lett uklar, lys korngul med kort skum. Citrusfrisk, syrlig og lett saltet. en deilig nese- og ganerens som kom på det rette tidspunktet i kveldens program. Lett&god, og med mild bitterhet.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of gooseberry, bubblegum, seaweed, salt and wheat. Hazy golden amber color with medium frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and tart fruity, following is metallic, slightly salty with faint notes of vegetables and tannins, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is a bit mellow. Light body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Very tasty refreshment...

Palate is medium carbonation, with very fine bubbles. Overall nice, slightly sour, nicely balanced, salty dry finish 3/5.
