Cloudy amber color with abundant head; it makes me think there has been some unwanted refermentation in the bottle. The aroma is mild, with light raspberries and some yeast. Too much carbonation; apparently, a normal Ale, but the flavor has been impacted too much by the additional bottle fermentation, that created yeast byproducts, metallic feeling, too much bitterness.
from Au Grain d’Orge, Neuchâtel - pours a cloudy dark orange beer with a poor head retention; aroma of caramel and honey; a good malt backbone, subtle carbonation, low bitterness and slightly dry almondy and caramelish aftertaste
