UPDATED: APR 17, 2020 Bottle, backlog from 2018. Honey, lemon, flowers, perfumy herbs. Dry flavour, herbal with a white wine touch and subtle honey. Crisp though not really intense. Mediocre.

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with medium white head. The aroma is earth, yeast, citrus. Medium body, yeast, fruity malt, light finish, good.

Aroma: cereal, spicy, herbs, banana. Taste: moderate sweet, light bitter, banana, cereal, spicy, herbs

Bottle from the brewery, pours gold with a fast-settling head and a spicy lemony saisony nose. Tastes lovely, a bit like a cross between a Tripel, a Farmhouse ale and maybe a Maibock. A slight tartness adds a refreshing edge to spicy-sweet malt, and drying alcohol balances a creaminess in the texture.

Bottled@Rotterdam, Helsinki. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is raspberries, some floral and mild salty notes. Flavour is salty, some raspberries, mild toffee, fruits and earthy notes. Berryish and salty aftertaste.

33cl bottle @Rotterdam. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Water melon, salt, fruits, apples. Flavor has melon, apples, malts, salt. Not a favourite of mine this style.

Good, lightly yellowish receding head, fed by initially lively carbonated clear golden beer. Outspoken spicy nose, lots of citrus, fake citrus, other grains. Short wheat-sourish flavour, but soon dominated by a spicy, other grains taste, difficult to describe. Sharpish MF, feels more carbonated than it looks after a couple of minutes. Light body. Another ’’interesting " one. Spicy flavour, imparted by the other grains, no doubt, is just too dominating and without complexity.

Bottle received in the local European swap, thanks to bierkoning. Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head with good lace and regeneration. Citrus, flowers, wheat, heathland and minerals in the nose. Smells nice. The flavour sort of follows. Honey, hay, light banana, citrus and minerals. Light fatness, medium sweet and light bitter. Fine carbonation. Sweet finish with floral notes. Not really hitting it home for me.
