COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When we expanded our brewery the stress was something to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so decided another for inspiration. Another One IPA and Weez use the same hops but different malts. The result- Another One is very light in color, and Weez is very dark. Each, however, allow the hops to shine out front.

Ernest (8829) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAR 5, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 5, 2021 Bottle (Feb 2, 2021 bottling). Head is initially average sized to large, frothy, rocky, white, mostly lasting. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly acidic, lightly acidic, moderately to heavily bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Surprisingly simple and timid aroma despite being only a month old, but what's there is pretty clean for a modern IPA...no onion or fabric softener or acid reflux to be found. Just wish there was something there to truly entice...kinda seems phoned in. Nicely balanced and clean in the mouth, albeit a bit watery. It's just too restrained and ordinary to be notable or memorable, but considering most IPAs are utter train wrecks nowadays, that's not a major complaint...a drinkable IPA is a very rare thing!

williamstome (3304) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 30, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 30, 2020 Gold pour, small white head. Grapefruity, with some toasty malt, pine, lemon and bread. Taste follows, very lemony and bready. It's nice, it's quite bitter... is it really a neipa? I mean, yes, it's from NE and it's an IPA but...

HippyHop (1187) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 20, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2019 500ml bottle. Still holding up pretty well after two months. Beautiful hazy straw pour. Grapefruit and lemon peel, grapefruit juice, pine and floral notes with a clean cracker/cereal malt backbone. Not juicy per se but still laden with hop character. Sort of a mix between old and new school NEIPA. In a lot of ways, Maine Beer Co reminds me of the Alchemist.
