UPDATED: DEC 29, 2019 Pours a murky yellow-golden with a dull white head. Faint with notes of seltzer and lemon note. Unassuming flavor of lemon and oat. HippyHop (1187) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 20, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2019 500ml bottle. Still holding up pretty well after two months. Beautiful hazy straw pour. Grapefruit and lemon peel, grapefruit juice, pine and floral notes with a clean cracker/cereal malt backbone. Not juicy per se but still laden with hop character. Sort of a mix between old and new school NEIPA. In a lot of ways, Maine Beer Co reminds me of the Alchemist. 2OLD4BS (386) - west windsor, New Jersey, USA - DEC 12, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 12, 2019 Very well crafted IPA. Fruity flavors with a nice finish. This beer goes down very easy. You do not feel the 7% ABV. Very nice! mezr (179) - California, USA - NOV 24, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 24, 2019 Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Hazy pale yellow with a small off-white head that dissipated to a thin film. Nice lacing. The aroma is pine, tropical fruit, grapefruit, lemon. Medium body, nice level of bitter. Dry finish. Very nice and refreshing. Dacrza (1380) - Great Meadows, New Jersey, USA - OCT 26, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 26, 2019 DATE: October 25, 2019... OCCASION: back from Trunk or Treat at BAC, we watch the ending of the Battle Bots with another (pun) gift from Brad... GLASSWARE: Duvel tulip... pours an impressively murky body, golden and bright.... its snow-white head is thick, fluffy and laced around like a dolly.... a picture of what an IPA should look like... massive grapefruit--does grapefruit grow in Maine? it should after Maine Beer gets done--mango, lemon, peppercorn, immense pine all make this a hop-heavy delivery... its botanical allure is appreciable, with thick fruits and a bit of cracker to boot... this sips with the weight and reward of an IPA--yet it chews and buzzes as something bigger, something worth sipping... yet before you know it, the glass is empty... what a mixture of pine and grapefruit, juicy and seasoned with pepper... engaging, rewarding, and as perfect as a beer could be...if only this didn't have the price tag it did...

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2019 Bottle. Pours a somewhat clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, and pine. Taste is lemon, other fruit, grass, pine, and malt. Very nice. eallenbrown (116) - - JUL 13, 2019
Nice straw color, white heat. Well balanced ipa with a lean toward the pine and pepper end of the spectrum. May just be the time and place, but feels like a great Maine beer- pair with lobster, etc.
