UPDATED: AUG 4, 2023 Big sweet strawberry aroma and flavor. Crisp base beer with some nice tart flavors in the background, but the sweetness overpowers the tart. I do not know what rhubarb tastes like, but there are some other flavors with the strawberry that balance and go well with the strawberry, almost a slight bitter earthiness. Nice beer for sure, but it it definitely a bit too sweet to drink much.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2023 From a 12oz bottle. Definite strawberry and rhubarb aroma, with a huge sweetness in every gulp. Wish there was more tartness due to the rhubarb, but the strawberry flavoring really mellows it out. Definitely a good beer on a hot day.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2021 22 oz bottle 10/20/21 (Gift Pack Purchased New Glarus) 38° in Flute. Pours a murky red with a small ring for a head. Aroma of strawberry, rhubarb, and vanilla. Taste of the same with slight sour on the back end. This light bodied brew is well balanced and quite tasty. Great brew.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2021 12oz bottle. 2021. Pours a dark red with a small pinkish head. Aroma is strawberry, rhubarb, some vanilla, some yoghurt, light lactic and a faint earthy character. Taste is strawberry-rhubarb jam with vanilla, yogurt, lactic acid, and just a hint of wheat. Some lemon in the finish. Wheat lingers. Slight acidity. Jammy sweetness. Lightly drying finish. Medium body. Medium, fine carbonation. Silky smooth mouthfeel.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2021 Bottle courtesy of Virby44. Cheers! Dirty auburn and murky with a creamy head of modest duration. Big strawberry jam aroma. Undertone of freshly baked muffins. Wonderful mix of tartness and sweetness—goes down like a strawberry/rhubarb pie. Finishes with bananas and bubblegum. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Dessert like and yet refreshing. Never knew I could like fruit beer this much. Great.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2021 Taste: bold, wild strawberry, sweet, then tart, slight sour, rhubarb notes. Sweet strawberry nose. Burnt orange color hue, hazy, smaller white head. Medium body. Good after dinner beer as it like a Strawberry Rhubarb pie.
