Cimbasso (1550) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 18, 2019 Bottle from Beers of Europe. A clear, dark brown with a thick, creamy head. Rich aroma of dried fruits The taste is complex and wel-balanced, rich, but not too sweet and good bitterness, but not too dry. There are flavours of dried fruits, orange peel, toffee and red berries and a lovely, earthy bitterness. A very good bock beer.

Aukedebier (69) - KAUTTUA, FINLAND - OCT 25, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 25, 2019 Bought at Alko in Turku in a half liter bottle. Appearance: dark beer with off white head. Nose: banana, clove and lots of sweet malts. Taste: in the beginning a lot of the clove, from the white beer. Later more sweet, toasted malts from the bock. Really a hybrid to me. But nice. Not more then one in the evening.

FlightLees22 (1148) - Groningen, NETHERLANDS - OCT 1, 2019

Keg at The Schneider Weisse Brewery, Kelheim in 2016. Deep, cloudy rust colour with a big offwhite head. Aroma of cocoa, dried fruit, dates, caramel and herbal hops. Banana, esters, cloves, raisins and big malt in the flavour. Wonderful lingering fruitiness and fantastic body. Absolute classic.
