AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20Big offwhite head. Clear amber body. Pouring in the dregs makes
it opaque and full of big, lumpy floaties. Light resiny tropical
fruit aroma with mealy orangey notes. Dry-sweet papery tropical
fruit taste with peppery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly hot
mouthfeel. Dryish candy and tropical fruit aftertaste with
resiny papery notes. Very low on flavour, kind of the fluffy and
papery ghost of what may once have been a fine pale ale. Odd,
because the BBD is 2014-01. (0.36l bottle, Systembolaget
Nordstan, Charlottenberg.)

UPDATED: APR 29, 2023 Light brown, towards golden. Hazy. Nice foaþ. Fruity citrus aroma. Sweet, toffee, with a really strong hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste, that only grows.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2021 Bottle sample at a tasting. Hazy golden with white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, flowers, malt, herbs, some fruitiness. The flavor is very bitter and mild sour with notes of citrus, kumquat, green, herbs. Light to medium-bodied.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2021 Bottle, small stable bubbly head, hazy deepish orange colour, aroma of citrus and a bit of jam, flavor of citrus with a light but noticable maltiness, medium strong mpathic bitterness. Nice and enjoyable.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2021 This is a backlog rating from 2009 from a bottle purchased at Jungle Jim's, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time, work and/or family. Words to describe this beer are toasted pale malts, bready, floral and citrus hops, ok.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2021 Hazy copper pour. Aroma is of citrus hops and caramel malt. The flavor has mild to moderate bitterness with citrus and grainy, caramel malt.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2019 Bursztynowe, lekko zmętnione, piana biała trzyma się dobrze. Aromat cytrusowy podkręcony lekkimi żywicami. W smaku cytrusowe z owocami cytrusowymi, wytrawne o bardzo dobrze zsynchronizowanym aromacie i smaku. Na finiszu trochę ściągające, goryczka średnia.
