COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pasteurised bottle.
St. Austell’s most sought after ale is available as a 500ml bottled beer. It’s perfectly balanced flavour retains much of the cask versions unique hoppy palate and citrusy nose. An ale to savour and a real Cornish ambassador. Rapidly becoming “the” Cornish Premium Ale, this great beer can now be enjoyed outside of the county of Cornwall. Many supermarkets take Tribute, enabling those who enjoy drinking at home to enjoy the true taste of Cornwall.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2019 Thin off white head left a spotty cover on a pale copper coloured still body. Malt, caramel & English hops aroma. Medium bodied, soft & creamy over the tongue with a well carbonated clean back. Floral tastes with sweet malt, sugar, sweet berry & herbal tastes followed by a zesty citrus finish.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2019 Can on BA flight from Bermuda to LGW. Very surprised by this one! Aroma is a bit of corn and open field wheat with faint spice (pepper) and floral aspects as it warmed. Clear light gold with moderate white head and slight patterns. Taste is fruity and floral. Nice beer.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2019 Bottle from Morrisons, Birtley, Gateshead. 'Cornish Spring Water; Malt: Cornish Gold, Maris Otter; Hops: Blend of Aromatic.' Pale golden with a thick white head. It has a malty and toffee flavour with biscuit and citrus on the smooth, light finish. Pretty good.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2019 Color dorado cobrizo transparente con espuma beige fina que desaparece rápidamente sin residuo. Aroma a cereal tostado, maíz y hierba con un toque dulzón cítrico. Sabor similar, cereal, mandarina, almíbar y maíz con toques a hierba y toffee. Amargor cítrico y herbal de intensidad medio-baja y corta duración. Textura acuosa, cuerpo y carbonatación medio-bajos. Una pale sencilla y directa: cereal, algo de amargor y de trago largo.
