courtesy of Jasmina - cloudy copper-amber with a long lasting foam; aroma of caramel, marzipan and yeast; a good malt backbone, rounded palate; chalky finish, fairly bitter with more notes of tropical fruits; too yeasty

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A golden orange sparkling amber beer witha big white foamy head ; great retention and lacing. Fruits (lime, tropical fruits), herbs, light resin, light pepper. Medium dry bitter refreshing, light sweet. Medium body, silky texture, average carbonation, fruity dry finish. Overall, a really enjoyable hoppy ale ; nice fruity bitterness ; good body and texture.

Pours a thick white head with nice floral hops. Orange colored body with no sediments. Nice length and balanced result ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden color with a white head, good retention and nice lacing. Aroma has notes of citrus and slightly grapefruit. Flavor is fruity with good bitterness and slightly tangerine. Bitterness in the final with good duration.

25 cl at Express de Lyon, Paris. Pour is clear amber. Lots of tropical fruits in the nose. Passion fruit, mango, grapefruit. Taste is very fruity and the tropical fruits dominate again. Medium bitterness that leaves enough room for the floral hop notes. Pretty light body and a stronger malt backbone would make this a perfect IPA. My first IPA francaise. Very well done!

33cl. Bottle.
Pours hazy yellow with white head.
Aroma grapefruit, banana?, citrus fruits, malts, caramel.
Taste caramel sweet, light bitter.
Mouthfeel thin.
Great Single Hop, could do with a bit more hop taste.

Garlic_of_Doom (677) - SWEDEN - JUL 22, 2014
Hazy Yellow with a white head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Aroma has a lot of caramel malt, some cheese (?) and faint hops. Taste has a lot of caramel malt, bread, distinct mosaic hops, citrus and pine. Medium body, soft mouth feel, soft carbonation. Short dry after taste.
Very well balanced, perhaps a bit "tired" in terms of the hops. Still very good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Mastikim. Thanks Dagan. Pours yellow to brown with a small head, aroma of chocolate, nuts, hops, some orange, flavor of orange, cumquet, pretty bizarre, medium bodied.
