UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 12oz bottle pours a murky black with some cloudy, beige head. Nose has maple and vanilla, caramel, barrel, some chocolate cake. Flavor has vanilla and chocolate, caramel, molten lava cake with a shot of good bourbon. With the maple, it finishes a bit sweet... if I had to find a critique.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2020 12 oz. bottle from the brewery, picked up by heykevin - thanks again! 2019 vintage, released in 2020. Pours a deep, dark, opaque brown with a small tan head that settles into a thin ring and a few small spots of film. Notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, caramel, fudge, cream, whiskey, oak, and some dried dark fruits. Full-bodied, with modest carbonation and a sweet, warming mouthfeel. Very similar to Coconut, bith with their adjunct leading the way. Sweet, but not quite as sweet as Coconut and I’d probably give it a slight edge for that reason.
