Un peu déçu par cette blanche très répandue en Suisse. Goût faible, presque pas de palais.

I drank this beer at Lutry beach to start the night with my wife, relax and looking these beautiful mountains. In my opinion, it is not a bad one, the perfect one when you are thirsty but it is not really a witbier, it sounds more a German pils, easy to drink, malty, good touch of hop, herbal and a bit watery but it is perfectly refreshing and good with a barbecue at the lake.

Kurze Review von Untappd: Weder Fisch no Vogel, meh Weissbier als Witbier, irgendwie.

(On tap @ ESEB 2015 conference bar, Casino de Montbenon, Lausanne, Aug 12 2015) Pours hazy straw gold with a fairly big frothy white head and lace. Aroma of hay, coriander, sweet bubblegum esters, touch of banana, citrus, grain, not too strong. Flavour of citrus peel, moderately sweet pale malt, grainy, grassy, spice hints. Finish fairly dry, touch acidic, grain and hay, very light spices in aftertaste. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nothing really inspiring here, not that nuanced or well-balanced but refreshing and drinkable enough at 2CHF/glass.

Pale yellow color with small white head. Bubble gum, citrus, spice. Weirdly artificial. Not a very good Witbeer.

Very fruity smell and a very light taste. Perfect as a refreshing summer witbeer, but also in general. With sweet grapefruit taste in the aftertaste. Surprisingly good.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2014 Blanche-jaune pâle, trouble. Mousse blanche assez persistante. Dépôts. Aromatique citrus. Fruitée-sucrée et un peu épicée. Légèrement "foin". En bouche similaire, plutôt sucrée sur le citrus. Epicée. Très peu d’amertume. Peu balancée, trop sucrée.

Straw yellow and hazy, with a nice creamy head. Smell of grapefruit, bubblegum, and a bit skunky hop-flavour (off-flavour/light-flavour). Taste is fruity and a bit sweet/grainy with a medium body.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with small creamy white head, very slight citrus aroma, flat citrus taste, low carbonation, abrupt finish with a bit of sourness at the end. Not the best witbier I have tasted.
