Bottled 500ml (Alko web)
Pale yellow, hazy colour, mostly vanishing white head. Banana and clove in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Crisp citrus in the front, then banana with some clove spiceyness. Very typical middle-on-the road hefeweizen. Christmas is only in the label.

fdomig (1236) - München, GERMANY - OCT 22, 2018
UPDATED: OCT 22, 2018 500ml at the office, Munich, courtesy of Thorsten. Aroma is light yeast and very light banana. Appearance is cloudy yellow with a small white foam. Taste is light bitter and very light sour. Some astringent bitterness in the end. Overall a solid Weizen.

ciocanelu (4480) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - SEP 6, 2018
Really hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is typical for the style: sweet wheat, banana and cloves. Taste starts with banana, a hint of astringent sourdough but fades towards the finish. Aftertaste lingers with grainy sweetness. Medium body and carbonation. A legit weizen leaning on the sweeter side.

GoufCustom (2886) - HONG KONG - JUL 22, 2018

330ml bottle as "Zoller-Hof Hefe-Weizen" bought at Great Food Hall in Pacific Place, Admiralty.

Cloudy hazy straw light golden yellow colour with a thick ring of dirt-like yeast sediments; Explosive five finger head with crumpety white foam which lasts for 4 minutes; Good sticky lacing with fizzy carbonation; Very fragment aroma of light malt, with strong banana, vanilla, wheaty tartness, bubblegum, floral, sugar, strong cloves, spices, earth, bread, strong yeast, lemon and grass; Mid to light sweet taste of light malt, with strong wheat, light tartness, light banana, phenolic, floral, fair sugar, spices, cloves, herbs, light biscuits, yeast, lemon, light bitter hops and grass; Close to medium body. Slightly slick palate; Mouth Feel is light maltyness in a fairly runny background. Pretty estery and phenolic. Flowery with fair sweetness, spicy clovey, herbal biscuity with lemon to round. Solid!... Hoppiness is floral, spices, earth, lemon and grass in nose; Same in taste but stronger and woth herbs; Bitterness is low for an abrupt, light astringent sweet-bitter wheaty finish; Slightly dry after taste. Herbal spicy and quite easy to mouth.

Comments: This one has a pretty impressive head (almost a gusher), nice estery / spicy aroma, and a lasting herbal hoppy taste. Better than expected and a stand-out among mid-range weissbier. Drinkable!
