Miam !

On tap at Les Trois 8, Paris. Hazy golden. Spicy rye nose. Spicy and hoppy flavours, some grassiness. Good.

Bov (14987) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 25, 2014
courtesy of Pascal Sauser - fully cloudy dark amber-blond beer with a long lasting foam; grainy and yeasty aroma with some fruity notes below; medium-bodied, moderate carbonation and pretty tasty, some bitterness and a quite long corny, earthy and fruity finish

Admittedly this looks like a home brew. Way too murky. So let’s check the aroma quickly. Very nice orange, candy, farmhouse yeast, doughy malts and a bit sweaty. Nice. The taste falls a bit short, again because of the overactive reaction on the beer. For a minute I wanted to hold my rating until I get a new bottle (which I will get for sure), but even with this mistake it’s still tasty as hell. Not sour, no off flavours, just murky. (33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles)
