Each Halloween we release this special concoction to celebrate one of our favorite holidays. Deep blood-red in color, an intense aroma of pine and citrus from an abundance of American hops balances the sweetness and rich, bready flavors of this beer’s caramel malts. The result is a fiendishly smooth brew that will make your taste buds scream with delight.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2020 Pours beautiful red amber honey color with good head. Rich pine and sweet malt aroma. Smooth malty amber with resiny pine bitterness underneath. Medium body, nutty finish. Great amber, not as hoppy as a Red IPA but more character anyways.

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2020 From a bottle to a glass. Pours a slightly hazy copper red color with a off white monster head. Aroma is piney type hops and some bready sweet toast notes and slight chocolate and darker fruits. Very balanced and medium mouthfeel. Tasty red ale!

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2020 Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2019 Bottle shared at NYE, several years old. Hazy reddish brown colour. Frothy beige head. Aroma's: hoppy, caramel, slight oxidation. Retronasal: toasted bread, sweetish, roasted, bitterish, light oxidation. Flavour is moderate bitter and light sweet. Medium bodied. Quite bitter finish. Pretty good, despite the age.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a hazy dark reddish colour almost brown with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is caramel malt, piney citrus woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, bready malt, fruity, dry woody floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bottle. Pours murky amber-red with small foamy beige head, faint caramel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste with floral hops, thin body, long finish. Quite flavorful and tasty.
