Wannabe gusher, but calms down after a while. Huge dense pale beige head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Light, soft fruity caramel aroma with toasty mineraly notes. Sweetish fruity caramelly taste with apple notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel, faintly oily. Sweetish winter apple and fruit aftertaste turns into long mineraly lightly caramelly finish. Very nice and highly drinkable. A little more hops would be nice, but still good. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen.)

[email protected], Copenhagen (24/09/2017) - golden amber pour with a off-white head. Sweet bready malty and grassy hoppy, with some notes of hay, straw, light malty support, grassy bitter close.

On Draught @ Hessen Haus.
Pours an amber color with a medium sized head and some lacing on the glass.

The aroma is malty, yeasty & coppery. Some leafiness and a bit of minerallity.

The flavor has a nice herbal bitterness but also has a good bit of caramel & malty flavor. It's tasty, I wish it were a touch more bitter/maybe drier🎶, but it's tasty 😋

Lightly hazy hazy deep golden under a thin white head. Gently sweet bready pale malty nose with a slight kiss of bubblegum and caramel. Smooth fluffy German pale malt flavor with a nice yeasty undertone that's gently estery and vaguely sweet bubblegummy. Really nice and sweet and caramelly and grainy and yeasty and just...good.

Demens (477) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 22, 2017
0,5l bottle. Cloudy copper colour with medium lasting small creamy white head. Aroma: Lacto bacillus, funk with slight grass and caramel. Taste: Soft sweet malty start with sourish tones than a softly bitter mouthfeel comes with evolving sourish/funky tones. Quite active in your mouth. Has a buttery texture. Light/medium body with fizzy carbonation. Long sourish softly bitter finish. I'm a big fan of the style, I don't know why. Simple yet interesting.
