UPDATED: FEB 24, 2024 Bottle at home. Pours hazy light golden dense white head. Aroma of sulfur, citrus, pepper. Tastes slightly bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel, high carbonation level, bitter finish.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2024 Cloudy pale straw, persistent frothy white head; refreshing lemony and yeasty aroma w/floral notes, straw and a strike of banana on the swirl; tastes as a hoppy and floral lemon pie; light CO2 and body, smooth and refreshing summer beer.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2024 33cl bottle - Pours a lightly hazed pale gold colour with a large, mostly lasting, foamy white head. The aroma is light grainy malts, straw, lemon and floral hop notes. A moderately sweet taste, light sweet cereals, bready malts, lemon, straw and yeasty flavours with a crisp and drying light bitter finish. Well made, easy drinking.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2024 Pours a light hazy yellow. Little to no head. High carbonation. Light wheat taste.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2024 330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Hazy pale golden body, creamy white head, crocheted lacing. Floral nose, mid-dry, promising. Mixed taste of ripe lemon, Belgian yeast strain, and pale malts. Rounded ending, mid-dry. Drinks well. Just okay. (At Alf's place, Tromsø 19.01.2024)

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2024 Bottle @ home. Almost clear pale golden body under a huge, creamy white head. Aroma has pale malt, white sugar, esters and a slightly spicy yest touch. Taste like aroma, pale malt, white sugar, esters, spicy yeast, low bitterness and some floral touch. Medium body with moderate aftertaste. Quite straight forward, not very exciting.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2023 330ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale gold, with a large white head. Aromas of baking spice, lemon meringue pie, floral hops. Floral and spice hops up front, spiced dough, honey. Been a while since I have had a proper Belgian beer. A pleasant surprise to find in my small town LCBO.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2023 On tap of St. B day 12/12 @ChurchKey. Hazy, pale yellow tulip, extra frothy. Minerally lemon, cracker nose. Dusty, sharp, briney-bittersweet citrus. Talc-y, cotton, mineral finish. Still extra frothy down to the bottom. Solid to extra good, depending on the day.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2023 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.8%. Nearly clear pale blonde colour, large white head. Aroma of Belgian ale yeast, white peaches, pear drops, mild spices, hints of sweat. Flavour of ale yeast and mild spices, hints of stewed white fruits, moderate herbal hops.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2023 Gulaktig farge. Søt hvete & gress samt gjær i aromaen. Litt juleaktig krydder i smaken, ellers ganske likt som aromaen.
