COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Hunter IPA harnesses the complex flavors of just-picked hops through an all-new method of steam distilling wet hops before they even leave the fields. This revolutionary technique captures and intensifies the natural flavors, creating a unique and intensely aromatic beer. Our custom process gathers pure hop oil which, when combined with traditional whole-cone hops in the brew kettle and in our Hop Torpedo, makes for an incredible IPA experience.

Bottle from Beer Hawk. Very hoppy, but older musty hops or maybe its just very fresh hops as it says on the tin. Tasty.

BB: 08/22/2017 Golden, hazy, weak head. Light to moderate grassy and zesty bitterness. Weak and unfresh. I need to re-rate this.

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2017 Dark yellow appearance. Small white head. Aroma is mainly grapefruit, qute yeasty, certainly hoppy. Quite mild on the tongue. Good bitter/sweet balance. Watery, but sharp. Easily drinkable.

At this point, it's hard for an IPA to set itself apart from the crowd, and this one really doesn't. That said, it's perfectly acceptable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear gold with white head. A strong hop aroma with grains and malts. A grain, malt and light fruit taste with a hint of hops. A lingering bitter grain and malt afteraste.

The name say it all, they hunted for hops and they found them for sure. Sierra Nevada has been tasking kind of basic lately but it's nice knowing there is a full flavored IPA with a rich hoppy taste floating around. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.33l bottle. Pours in golden colour with small white head, murky liquid. Medium intensity aroma of honey, hey. Lightly sweet, medium bitter, no sourness. Light body, watery feel, low carbonization, medium lasting bitter aftertaste
