The beer pours a slightly hazed metallic gold colour with a white head that had the retention of a soft-drink, There is plenty of effervescence visible in the glass. The aroma is tart fruit, spices, and yeast. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is very tart, with spices and salt thrown in. A better than average gose.
Bottle. Very hazy pale yellow with a rapidly receding white head. Aroma is sweaty and spicy, coriander prominent. Wheaty and lemony-tart, with perfumey coriander and a minerally yeast and saline finish. Compulsively drinkable. brigg (700) - New York, USA - SEP 6, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2017 (Bottle) Hazy, bubbling orange body with a thick, creamy white head. Aroma is salty and sour, some citrus; makes my nose tingle. Light bodied, bubbly. Strong acidity, slightly sour lemon, vinegar, dry finish. cattaneopapa (410) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 4, 2017
500ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear golden colour with three finger of white head that reduces to one finger that lingers. Champagne-like aroma with notes of citrus, apples, bananas andf a whiff of coriander. Taste matches the aroma. Reminds me of the Belgian Geuze style. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very enjoyable sour. Recommended. markas101 (2482) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - SEP 3, 2017

Bottle, 50 cl. Hazy honey colour, rocky white head. Good retention. The aroma is lovely. Fruit, berries, salt, wheat malt, spice (coriander is not obligatory detectable). Light to medium body. Light to medium sour taste. Sparkling wheat, unripe fruit, delicate salt. Refreshing and tasty as hell. Metalchopz (3447) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 14, 2017
Pours a hazy golden colour with a slight orange hue. Frothy mild off-white head, average retention and very light lacing. Sourness nose with citrus notes (oranges, lemons), hints of salt, malt and coriander. Malty start to the taste with a sour middle and goes back down again to mild wheat and barley malts. A tad of saltiness lingers. Pretty good and very nice to try the oldest still-existing gose. stchloe (1104) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 13, 2017
Really nice light sweet malts, gentle hints of almost fruity or citrus notes that gently transitions into a smoky saltiness. sharkydodson (1704) - St. Petersburg, RUSSIA - AUG 11, 2017
