330ml bottle. Pours almost black with a large beige head. Aroma of roast malts, dark chocolate, burnt coffee. Taste is similar, very roasty, dark malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, light sweetness and bitterness. Medium bodied, lively carbonation - too fizzy for my liking. Bottle from Offie & Toffee. A great pour with a surprisingly large head that had a very pretty golden hue. The nose was all roasted malts and the same went for the taste. It was like a roasted and bitter malt explosion in the mouth and I loved it! The alcohol was forward, but it acted to balance against that strong malt. The senses were really enveloped by the taste and the mouthfeel and this was more of an experience than a beer. UPDATED: MAY 26, 2018 Aroma: Very intense coffee, cacao, dark chocolate, roasty notes. Some caramel. Raisins, liquorice and dark fruits in the background. Very good porter!
Appearance: Very dark brown pour, ugly, small, beige head.
Taste: Slightly sweet with bitter aftertaste, interesting.
Palate: Soft carbonation, medium body, exaclty as expected.

Overall: Soft, chocolate finish. Very good.

Pours very dark brown from the bottle. A thin, creamy head clings to the glass. Aroma is sweet cream, roasted grains, soft hints of chocolate. Taste is sweet with a thin, mineral bitterness that plays out the end. Body is medium, carbonation is above average for the style and accenuates the hard mineral water notes. Color negro con capa de espuma marrón de dos dedos de grosor y retención decente. Carbonatación suave. Textura oleosa. Aroma a malta torrefacta, chocolate, café lejano, toques de algo quemado, no sé expresarlo de otra manera. Misma sensación de algo quemado en boca, placentera, con malta torrefacta, chocolate, café y frutos secos lejanos. No es dulce y tiene un amargor muy ligero al final del trago.
