Bruce Lee would be proud. It might not seem big but boy does it carry a hit!
At 3.9%, you might not think it’s going to pack a punch, but this little devil is packed full of American hops to smack you in the face with flavour. Mosaic provides a big whack of tropical notes to make this one of the tastiest session beers there is.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2017 Bottle 33cl - pours a slighty hazy yellow colour with a small foamy near white head. Aroma is fresh and fruity, tropical, citrus and some light malt. A light malt and fruity hop taste, grapefruit, lemon flavours and a touch of pine. A refreshing dry grassy hop bitterness in the finish.

On cask in East Sussex. Big, American hop profile, with bitter grapefruit flavors coming through the strongest. At cellar temperature this carries a pretty big palate wallop, but even though it’s overpowering it works. Not balanced, but pretty enjoyable.

April 2016. Gauzy straw with a slender white lid. Wonderfully stewed leafy Mosaic nose all spliff, vine and Darjeeling. Nettle and Darjeeling leafiness in the mouth with lime zest, lingering cashew and biscuit. Plenty packed into a pintsize package.

yodapl (96) - POLAND - FEB 9, 2017

GeorgePratt (80) - Stockport, Cheshire, ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2017
Aroma of pine, malts, citrus. Pours a golden with a small tan head. Taste of bread, hops, citrus. Bitter lingering finish. Not so keen on this one.
