UPDATED: APR 13, 2022 Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk at home. Hazy dirty gold colour lasting white head. Not a great aroma touch floral and a little perfume in the mouth touch of floral soap. not a great wit.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2021 Bottle. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of citrus and hops with notes of rubber. Fruity flavour of hops and citrus with notes of zest and rubber. Hoppy finish.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2021 Copenhagen 1/5 2021. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Simple light blue label with the Prearis brand logo with two battling horses in white and the name of the beer in green. Pours unclear pale yellow with small sediments whirling about. Mid-sized, stable white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing. Aroma is moderately intense with a fresh citric zest and a sweeter lemonade-like, fruity odor. Peach and orange. White sugar. Citrus. Light touch of pepper. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric sour bitterness. Aftertaste is thin and a little sourish. Lingers shortly. Nice, fresh and summerly although a bit thin.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2021 33 cl. bottle. A hazy yellow coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of yeast, wheat, spice, citrus and with a sweet finish.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2021 Golden, slightly hazy, with a thin white head. Not exactly a classic Witbier, lacking the typical citrus flavour. Taste is rather mild, even a bit watery, subtle bitterness.

Well balanced, citrusy, wheaty, floral. Light sweet all the way. Nice refreshing and enjoyable

Pours clear yellow with a small, foamy, white head; little lacing. The aroma contains lemon, soapy coriander, wheat, white bread, white sugar, banana, dough, lemon juice. It tastes light wheaty sour and light to medium spicy bitter, some sugar & bread in the back. Clove & coriander notes increasing towards a dry, spicy & wheaty finish with some grassy hop bitterness. Medium/light body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. It could have been an unusual Witbier (which I expected from Préaris), but alas.

F: big, egg-white, long lasting. C: blonde, hazy with yeasty particles. A: malty, fruity, yeasty, coriander, bit orange peels. T: malty, orange peels, grassy, bit metallic, coriander, fruity, bit yeasty, herbal, may be too much spicy but quite good balanced for me, medium body and carbonation, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Leuven.
