Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours a murky light brown with a small head. Aroma is wine, vinegar, wood, general funk, yeast... all that fun stuff. Taste is fairly sour. Body not too heavy. Quite complex. Woody notes apparent throughout. Booze is well covered. Champagne noticeable. Good.

Cette bière est absolument jouissive, elle est parfaite, c’est l’entrée au paradis ! ATTENTION : Si vous avez une blessure, brûlure dans la bouche, ne buvez pas cette bière tout de suite. L’acidité pourra vous faire mal. Enjoy !

Draft at Blue Monk, flat red grape looking pour. Big tart aroma, sour cherries, balsamic vinegar. Tart cherry flavor, balsamic vinegar. Fruity. Damn good

From tap at BierCab, Barcelona. Almost hazy, amber-red color with small off-white head. Aroma is sweet and funky sour with barnyard-musty and wood notes. Taste is sweet and sour, funky wineous, wood. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation and light bitter woody finish.

On tap at Biercab. Orange colour with white head. Fruity, sour aroma. Sour, acidic taste, some wood, not much sweetness. Medium to full body.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2014 Amber-orange color. The best ASBC I?ve had so far. Complex, funky nose, beautiful taste, balanced, fruity. Still a bit of carbonation. You might notice a bit of Champaign in the finish.

Spritzy and sour - probably the closet to a cantillon of the beers on offer at the world tour. Oaky, summer fruits a delicious restrained sourness.

Tap at the Sansa event. Nice aroma, spritzy and champagne. Bit tart. Good stuff. Like a cupboard, bit musty. Nice. (What on earth was I thinking at this stage?). Left it in for entertainment purposes.

@Moeder Lambic - cloudy copper-brown beer with a long lasting beige foam; light sourish aroma of prunes and candy sugar; very sweet; full-bodied, late sourness, subtle carbonation; long woody aftertaste of prunes and peaches with quite lot of residual sugars

Pours brownish amber, has a small foam head. Aroma is sour but also a bit sweet. Light and spritzy body, acidic, dry, better than most (if not all) champagnes I’ve had - and this one is beer, not champagne.
