UPDATED: APR 14, 2018 24 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 7/26/2017. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread dough, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. A bit fruity aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt/corn and mild earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread dough, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread dough, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness of pale malt/corn and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, fairly bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is okay. Really watery feel, but not bland on flavors. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is a very solid light lager. All around good robustness of pale malt/corn and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Clean malt/corn flavors and mild earthy hop balance. Solid barley presence, not too heavy on the adjuncts. A nicely enjoyable offering for the style.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2018 Draft. It poured a clear gold with a white head and lacing. The aroma was light malt with a corn flavor. It was slightly sweet.

Bottle. Pours a light golden color with a fizzy small off-white head. Aroma is a bit skunky with grain notes. Sweet flavor with just a touch of balancing hops. Thin bodied. Not bad among other light lagers.

The weaker, watery version of a pretty decent lager. Tried for the first time back in 2009.

My neighbor forced this on me on Saturday and it was honestly god tier. I'm so sick of the same old tired IPA's and barrel aged garbage. This beer is the definition of clean, crisp and refreshing. A touch of a hop bite but still clean and light enough to quench your thirst while satisfying your hop needs and getting you buzzed slow. This is a phenomenal beverage. Not on par with some of the top tier easy drinking Hill Farmstead saisons, but it's up there. My score is not a joke. This beer is really that good.

Self-serve keg at a fish fry on Morgan Island overlooking the St. Lawrence River gave the right setting to enjoy Blue Light.

From old tasting notes. Pale greenish gold. Brief white head. Dry "tire tube" hop nose. Thin watery malt flavor.uninspiring finish and aftertaste. Highly carbonated.

It’s Blue Light, it’s a macro lager. I miss their commercials with the bear.

Average light beer, nothing crazy good for warm days or in Canada that one hot day a year jajaja ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
