COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

courtesy of Antonio Rey - hazy dark reddish-brown beer with a modest head retention; fairly hoppy aroma with notes of earth and red fruits (prunes, dates); full-bodied, a fair malt sweetness, a late and solid bitterness; aftertaste of coffee, quinces, earth and resin - lot of character

Flavour is sweet, malty, caramel, passionfruit, resin, earthy, some alcohol, firm hoppy bitter finish. Medium to full bodied. Great American Strong Ale (wouldn’t call this a DIPA myself).
