"It’s no secret that we like to party, and sometimes it gets wild. So we took Westbrook’s refreshing Gose and cranked up the volume a bit, adding a massive dose of Citra & Amarillo hops, then fermented it various strains of Brettanomyces...Go Westbrook, it’s your birthday, get funky!!" -Brian (Stillwater Artisanal)

glennmastrange (3556) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JUL 22, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 31, 2020 Can. Light hay and bread for the malt, light to moderate grapefruit for the hops, light mustiness for the yeast. Head is small, fizzy, white, with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is pale hazy yellow. Flavor starts moderately acidic and sour, then finishes lightly acidic. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively to fizzy carbonation and a tart finish. I don't know how it got a 99% for style since it's boosted with hops and Brett, but this is still a great Gose with perfect balance and mouthfeel.

saltyseadog (268) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - JUN 30, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 30, 2020 22 oz bottle from Windsor Hy-Vee, in a Sam Smith pint glass. Aromas of lemon, peach, lychee and apricot with some Brett and vegetal hop notes. Pours hazy lemony yellow with four fingers of frothy off-white head that dissipates to a thin cover in a few minutes, steady bubbles rising up from the bottom. Crisp, lemony and refreshing up front, mildly salt and tart in the middle with a moderately long, malty finish. Feather-light as expected, easy to drink and totally satisfying. A nice gose, pretty basic really, but nice crisp and refreshing, and the light lemon and salt flavors really balance each other well in this. Cheers!

hershiser2 (8171) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - MAY 29, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 29, 2020 $4.80 pint can WW. It's 86 in this house and the AC is broken. This beer's been in the fridge for hours and does not seem cold enough. Hazy pale gold with a large white head. Lemon zest, brett, wheat, citrus peel nose. Flavor is brett, lemon peel, wheat, earth. Really nice. It tastes cold enough... it's at least cold enough to be a big difference in this temperature.
