The flavor is thin, slightly spicy, light lingering orange peel and coriander, a little thin. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation . Meh, not the greatest again.

Boks. Uklar gulaktig farge. Lite karbonert med hvit lett skumtopp. Smaken er dominert av furunål med banan, hvete og nellik i bakgrunnen. Spenstig hveteøl tfredvik (1951) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 26, 2017
Cloudy, yellow body with a large, creamy, off-white, long-lived head that reduces to a partially covering film with some foamy islands. Strong aroma that is dominated by very pleasant yeast, which I find more Belgian than German: there are lots of spices, although I also find more typical hefeweizen banana notes. Also plenty of lemon and apple, and some vanilla and caramel in the back. Strong flavour of Belgian-ish yeast, lemon, grapefruit, black pepper and other spices, and banana in the back. Light sweet taste with a moderate bitter grapefruity finish. Mid-bodied, dry texture, moderate carbonation. Brilliant!
