Cloudy, yellow body with a large, creamy, off-white, long-lived head that reduces to a partially covering film with some foamy islands. Strong aroma that is dominated by very pleasant yeast, which I find more Belgian than German: there are lots of spices, although I also find more typical hefeweizen banana notes. Also plenty of lemon and apple, and some vanilla and caramel in the back. Strong flavour of Belgian-ish yeast, lemon, grapefruit, black pepper and other spices, and banana in the back. Light sweet taste with a moderate bitter grapefruity finish. Mid-bodied, dry texture, moderate carbonation. Brilliant!

Beer5000 (6315) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 15, 2017
330 ml can. Cloudy orange golden body with a fair white head. Aroma is pale malt, quite fruity, yeast, hint of oranges and not so typical wheat in the nose. Flavor is medium sweet, soft pale malt, citric fruity, oranges, grapefruit bitterness and ripe banana with fruity yeast. Medium body and OK aftertaste. Not bad, quite fruity and refreshing, more like a hoppy blond or pale ale than wheat, but some banana flavors is present. Decent one.
