12-07-2017; bottle; at home (bought somewhere in Moscow, Russia).
The looks of the beer aren’t bad. The beer is crystal clear. Surprisingly no bubbles can be seen rising towards the to. On top of the beer some soft white fast collapsing foam is formed. After a while only a thin drape is left. A nice lacing pattern is left on the glass. The colour of the beer is a perfect amber.
The smell of the beer isn’t bad, but also not great. It is what I would like to call average. It is a clear amber beer smell though. I smell some bready malts, some caramel, a touch of bubblegum and some fresh hops. It is quite mild to be honest. Could be a lot stronger.
The same for the taste. Mild...but not bad. There are some bready malts, some touches of caramel, liquorice and bitter hops. It is in good balance, but it is just a bit to mild. It doesn’t have a lot of kick.
The palate is average. Light body, sticky touch and medium low carbonation. The finish is short and contains touches of liquorice and some hops, but overall it is a bit mild. All in all, a rather simple beer, that is easy drinkable but misses some kick. Not bad though. Rask0lnikov (1394) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 31, 2016
500ml bottle. Pours dark yellow/pale amber. Medium white head. Hints of caramel, malts, hints of honey, sweetness in the aroma. Caramel, sweetness, notes of honey in the taste. Sweet, caramelly aftertaste. Rather light bodied, medium carbonated sweet brew. Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 28, 2016

500 ml bottle. Best before 15.03.17. Clear copper amber pour. 3 finger off-white yellowish porous head. Stays. Okay lacing. Spritz carbonation. Aroma: big caramel malts, syrupy sweet phenols, booze esters. Flavour is bitter medicines, candy, raisins, dried fruits, a hint of alcohol. Yeap, this one is standart but drinkable.
