UPDATED: NOV 18, 2018 Sampled draft @ Bierrevier. Clear golden. Nose is fruit, candy, popcorn, flowers. Taste is basic lacto kettle yoghurt sour with hay, basic, bitter chalk, weird but fair.

0,33l bottle. Nose: youghurt. Taste: popcorn, youghort-sourness. Might be nice in hot weather.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Dirty candy again over a tart and unexpected sourness. Refreshing, light and crisp. Made for summer, but uh, please rather don’t.

Pale yellow light cloudy color with foam ring. The smell is light milky with some citrus aromas. The taste has a little aggressive carbonation and a citrus light bitter taste. However it lacks a freshness and a balance to perform really well. (In the defense of the beer, it has been bottled half a year ago).

a nice and refreshing summer beer. quite fruity (citrus body) but finally a little bit to dry.

sample at mondial de la bière 2015, mtl. as ’’sommer’s sour mash blonde’’. unclear/hazy with a small creamy white cap, some retention and lacing. tropical citrus - passionfruit, wheat, pepper, pils malts, white grape and pale peaches juice fruitiness, bitter herbs, light tartness - lemon peel, touch of butter. light carbonation, light body; very lightly tart and citrusy finish. argentinian torrontes-like fragrant white grapes.

Mondial 2015. Pours a light yellow/blond with a medium white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of citrus, lactic acid, grapes and just generally fruity. Taste is dry, lightly tart (far less than the nose would suggest) and fruity. Some light cereals flavors too and a slight vegetal character I’m not fond of. Body and carbonation were medium. Overall it was interesting but a bit weird and random, not sure what the brewer’s intentions were here.

Bouteille au Mondial 2015. Couleur dorée translucide, mousse blanche fuyante. Arôme de miel, sucré, malt. Goût de miel, malt, sucré, aucune acidité. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Jazy yellow color with white head. Aroma of BF’s usual hopping, sweeter than with Rappigold. Taste is juicy-oily, a bit sweet malts, pleasant bitterness. Nice!

Yeasty, sweet malty aromas. Pours cloudy dull gold. Thin white head. Great flavors of caramel and hoppy resin. Abrupt finish. Very nice.
